This seminar is required for those pursuing CDP® certification and who qualify through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP). To check your eligibility, please visit the NCCDP website at www.nccdp.org. Even if you are not seeking certification, you are welcome to join us for valuable education and training.
You are guaranteed to leave this seminar with a revived motivation to be an informed care partner of those living with dementia.
REFUND POLICY
Seminar Fee: The total fee for the ADDC Seminar is $225.
Cancellation Fee: If you choose to cancel your booking or registration, $75 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover administrative costs and reserved materials.
Eligibility for Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the seminar date will qualify for a refund, minus the $75 cancellation fee.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the seminar start date.
• If a participant does not attend the seminar and has not submitted a cancellation request in advance, no refund will be provided.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
1. Digital Student Handbook: All registered participants, including those who cancel, will receive access to the digital student handbook. This resource supports continued learning, even for those unable to attend the seminar.
2. Certificate of Completion: Certificates will only be issued to participants who attend the entire seminar. This certificate is a prerequisite for applying for Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) certification through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP).
3. Technology Requirements: Participants must have a reliable, internet-enabled device to connect to Zoom for the full duration of the seminar.
4. Recording Policy: Recording of any kind is strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of the session.
5. Certification Application: After completing the seminar and receiving your certificate, you may apply for CDP certification through the NCCDP at www.nccdp.org.
